Important: Once we receive your reservation request, we will send out a confirmation via SMS/text message.

We add an 18% gratuity to all reservations greater than 8 people as we often have to bring in extra servers to handle larger groups, and we want to ensure they leave with decent tips.

 

We my ask for deposit to confirm larger group requests, simply because taking your reservation may mean we are turning away other requests, and we also want to schedule staff to ensure you are served well for the amount of guests you have reserved for. A non refundable deposit helps ensure large reservations are serious and accurate when booking with us. Thank you.

If you don't hear from our team in a timely manner, we may not have had a chance to check our email for last minute reservations. Please call 204-837-3474 if you are in a rush. 

For large group and party reservations please note a few important policies:

For group events and parties, food should be pre-ordered at minimum 1 week before the event. The reason we ask for orders is so that we can prepare and food on a timely basis while still cooking for the the rest of the restaurant.

For certain events, beverages may be purchased directly from bartenders at main bar, as servers won't be able to keep up with table drink service and people moving around.

Free Standing balloon set ups or free standing backdrops are allowed but must be removed that day. 

 

Please no banners or tape/tacs or anything fasted to the walls or furniture. 

Please also no confetti or sparkles or fine table decor.

Please no live fire or live fire candles. Birthday cake is an exception.

For birthday cake service, you're welcome to bring in disposable plates and Forks at no cost.

If you'd like us to provide plates Cutlery and napkins for cake service please let us know well before your event. 


No outside beverages or drinks are allowed in. No water bottles or outside cups/coffee cups etc. 

Any groups over 8 people are charged 18% gratuity on their bills whether one person is paying or everyone is paying for themselves. This helps ensure the extra staff coming in get to leave with a fair share of gartuities for that shift as well. 

As our background music is on a preset Playlist, we are unable to be your DJ. If you'd like to bring a DJ in, please make sure they are licensed and have their own equipment. Our staff will not able to pick songs for you throughout your event. Please discuss DJs and entertainment with a manager. 

Please note that all raffles, paid games, bingos, draws require a permit through LGCA, and must be announced when booking with us, otherwise we cannot allow them on premises. We follow all LGCA rules. Social and raffle forms are available here https://lgcamb.ca/gaming/social-occasion-raffles/

Please ensure all guests who are consuming alcohol have government issued photo ID as per LGCA Guidelines.
